LET'S HUNT PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Let’s Hunt, LLC (“Let’s Hunt,” we, and us) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information in connection with the Let’s Hunt application (including all related documentation, the “Application”) and all services provided through the Application (“Services”).  This Privacy Policy applies to Users of the Application, including landowners who designate hunting properties, hunters who participate in hunts, administrators who manage hunting properties on behalf of landowners, and other authorized users of the Services, as those roles are described in the Let’s Hunt End User License Agreement (“EULA”).  

1. Relationship to EULA. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the policies referenced by the EULA. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the EULA. The EULA governs a User’s use of the Application and Services, and this Privacy Policy governs Let’s Hunt’s collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of information in connection with that use.

2. User Acknowledgment. By accessing or using the Application or Services, registering an Account, creating or joining a Hunt, designating or managing a Hunting Property, enabling location permissions, or otherwise providing information to Let’s Hunt, You acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

3. No Emergency Service Substitute. The Application may support emergency alerts and location-based notifications, but the Application is not a 911, dispatch, rescue, or emergency response service. You must contact emergency services directly when necessary.

4. Account and Registration Information. When You register for an Account or otherwise use features requiring Registration, we may collect information that You provide, including Your name, address, telephone number, email address, User ID, password or authentication credentials, and other information requested during Registration or account administration.

5. Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information. Let’s Hunt may suspend or terminate an Account if information provided during Registration or otherwise is false, misleading, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

6. Information that Let’s Hunt Collects.  Let’s Hunt collects the following information:

a. Hunting Property and Parcel Related Information. If You act as an Owner, Admin, or other authorized user with access to property management features, we may collect and process information associated with a Hunting Property, including property name, property boundary, county and state information, approximate acreage, hunting rules or notes, allowed species or methods, maximum number of hunters, map pins or locations, hunting zones, and restrictions.

b. Boundary and Parcel Inputs. You may create a Hunting Property by manually drawing its boundary or selecting or importing parcel geometry within the Application, and You may manually modify boundaries after importing them.

c. Parcel Data. The Application relies on parcel data licensed from third parties, which may include parcel boundaries, parcel IDs, ownership and address information, and other relevant property information.

d. Hunt Participation and Coordination Information. When an Owner or Admin creates a Hunt, coordinates a Hunt with a Participant, generates or shares a Hunt Code, invites authorized users, or manages Hunt participation, we may collect information relating to the Hunt, including Hunt Code data, participant lists, user roles, invitations, communications, scheduling details, and Hunt status.

e. User Roles. We may process information identifying whether a User is acting as an Owner, Participant, Admin, Viewer, Guest, or other authorized role within the Application.

f. Hunt Communications and Coordination. The Application may permit Users to communicate and coordinate matters relating to a Hunt, including any fees that Owners and Participants independently discuss or arrange outside Let’s Hunt’s payment collection for the Services.

g. Precise Location Information. During an active Hunt, a Participant’s device transmits GPS or location information to Let’s Hunt, which may include background location while the Application is not actively displayed on the device screen.

h. Location Data Elements. Location information may include latitude and longitude, location accuracy, time of the location update, current hunting zone, last known position, and historical location or breadcrumb information associated with the Hunt.

i. Authorized User Visibility. Authorized Users associated with a Hunt may be able to monitor Participants on the map during the Hunt.

j. Boundary and Zone Alerts. The Application may use a Participant’s GPS position in relation to mapped property boundaries and zones to notify the Participant when outside a hunting area or when entering a restricted area.

k. Emergency Alerts. If a Participant initiates an emergency alert from within the Application, the Application may notify appropriate Users associated with the Hunt and identify the location associated with the emergency.

l. Payment and Subscription Information. The EULA provides that Subscription Fees are paid through Google Play/Apple Store and that tiers may include Free Version, Hunter Plus, and Land Manager. We may receive limited subscription, entitlement, transaction status, or payment confirmation information from the applicable app marketplace or payment processor.

m. Electronic Communications. By registering an Account, You consent to receive email or other electronic communications from Let’s Hunt. We may collect and maintain records of communications that You send to us or receive from us, including support requests, notices, confirmations, and other messages.

n. Information from Third Parties. We may receive information from third parties that support the Application or Services, including parcel data suppliers, app marketplaces, hosting providers, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, mapping or geolocation providers, authentication providers, communications providers, and other service providers.

o. Sensitive Information. Depending on how You use the Application, information we collect may reveal sensitive information, including precise geolocation, hunting property access patterns, or other information that may be considered sensitive under certain privacy laws.

7. How Let’s Hunt Uses Information That It Collects.  Let’s Hunt uses the information it collects for the following purposes:

a. Providing and Operating the Services. We use information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Application and Services, including Registration, Account administration, Hunt creation, Hunt Code functionality, Hunting Property management, map display, property boundary features, location sharing during active Hunts, emergency alerts, zone and boundary notifications, and User role permissions.

b. Location Based Functions. We use location information to display a Participant’s position to authorized Users associated with a Hunt, support location-based Hunt coordination, associate position information with property boundaries and zones, provide restricted area or out of area alerts, maintain last known position or breadcrumb functionality, and support emergency alert features.

c. Account Security and Enforcement. We use information to authenticate Users, maintain Account security, investigate suspected unauthorized access, enforce the EULA, address violations, protect the Application and Services, and disclose information about use of the Services in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

d. Communications. We use information to send administrative, transactional, operational, support, security, and other electronic communications concerning the Application, Services, Account, Subscription Fees, Updates, policy changes, and related matters.

e. Service Improvement and Analytics. We may use information to analyze Application performance, diagnose errors, develop Updates, improve functionality, evaluate feature usage, enhance safety and security, and support internal business operations.

f. Legal, Safety, and Compliance Purposes. We may use information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, report unlawful activity to appropriate federal, state, or local authorities when appropriate, enforce legal rights, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or misuse, and protect the rights, property, or safety of Let’s Hunt, Users, or others.

8. Disclosure of Information.  Let’s Hunt may disclose information for the following purposes:  

a. Authorized Users Associated with Hunts. We may disclose relevant Hunt, User role, location, property, emergency alert, and participation information to Owners, Admins, Participants, Viewers, Guests, and other authorized Users associated with a Hunt or Hunting Property, as necessary to provide the Services and support the Application’s Hunt coordination, map, location sharing, and alert features.

b. Owners and Admins. We may disclose information to Owners and Admins to allow them to designate Hunting Properties, manage access, create Hunts, invite or authorize Participants and other Users, establish property rules, administer zones and restrictions, and terminate a Hunt or remove a Participant from a Hunting Property where permitted by the EULA or applicable rules.

c. Service Providers. We may disclose information to vendors, contractors, processors, and service providers that perform services for us, including hosting, storage, mapping, location processing, parcel data services, authentication, communications, support, analytics, crash reporting, security, payment entitlement administration, and other technical or business operations.

d. Third Party Services. The Application may display, include, make available, or rely on third party content, data, applications, products, materials, or services, and use of those Third-Party services may be subject to the third-party’s own terms and practices.

e. App Marketplaces and Payment Processors. We may disclose or receive information from app marketplaces and payment processors as necessary to administer subscriptions, verify entitlements, process fees, manage Account status, and comply with marketplace requirements. Subscription Fees are paid through Google Play or Apple Store under the EULA.

f. Legal and Safety Disclosures. We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, governmental requests, EULA enforcement, investigation of unlawful or unsafe activity, protection of rights or property, fraud prevention, security, emergency response, or safety related concerns.

g. Business Transactions. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, assignment, change of control, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction involving Let’s Hunt or the Application. The EULA permits Let’s Hunt to assign its rights and licenses without restriction.

h. With Consent or Direction. We may disclose information with Your consent, at Your direction, or as otherwise described at the time of collection.

9. Precise Location Information. Precise location information is central to certain Application features, including live GPS display during active Hunts, participant positioning relative to other authorized Users, property boundary and zone alerts, last known position functionality, breadcrumb or historical location information associated with a Hunt, and emergency alerts.  On mobile devices, location collection may include background location while the Application is not actively displayed on the screen during an active Hunt.  Authorized Users associated with a Hunt may be able to view a Participant’s location on the map.  You may be able to enable, disable, or modify location permissions through Your device settings or Application settings, but if You disable location permissions, certain Services, including active Hunt tracking, alerts, zone notifications, and emergency alert functionality, may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

10. Mobile Technologies. The Application may use software development kits, mobile identifiers, device permissions, local storage, crash reporting tools, analytics tools, attribution technologies, and similar technologies to provide and improve the Services, maintain security, support updates, measure Application performance, and understand usage.

11. Children and Age Restrictions.  The EULA requires a User to represent that the User is 18 years of age or older, or otherwise of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.  The Application and Services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If You believe that a child under the age of thirteen (13). has provided personal information to Let’s Hunt, contact us at support@letshunt.co so that we may review and, where appropriate, delete the information.  

12. Retention.  Let’s Hunt retains information as follows:

a. General Retention Standard. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and administer the Application and Services, maintain Accounts, support Hunting Property and Hunt functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce the EULA, maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, and conduct legitimate business operations.

b. Account Information. Account and Registration information is retained until the Account is deleted.  Once deleted, we retain Registration information for thirty (30) days after deleting Your Account.  

c. Hunting Property Information. Hunting Property, parcel related, boundary, zone, restriction, map pin, and property management information is retained until the Account is deleted.  Once deleted, we retain Hunting Property information for thirty (30) days after deleting Your Account.  

d. Hunt Information and Location Data. Let’s Hunt retains Hunt, Hunt Code, invitation, participation, role, communication, scheduling information, precise location, breadcrumb, last known position, and location event data for five (5) years after the completion of the Hunt.

e. Payment and Subscription Information. Subscription, entitlement, transaction status, and app marketplace information is retained until the Account is deleted.  Once deleted, we retain subscription information for five (5) years after deleting Your Account.

f. Deletion and Account Termination. Deleting the Application from Your mobile device does not necessarily delete Your Let’s Hunt Account or cancel Your Google Play/Apple Store subscription; You are responsible for deleting Your Account in the Application and cancelling Your subscription in Google Play or the Apple Store.

g. Residual Retention. We may retain backup, archival, security, audit, legal, or de-identified information for redetection purposes or as required or permitted by law.

13. Security Measures. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your User ID and password and for all activities that occur under Your Account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@letshunt.co of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your Account.

14. Privacy Rights and Consumer Requests.  Depending on Your state of residence and applicable law, You may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, or information about certain personal information, and You may have rights to opt out of certain processing activities, including certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, profiling, or sensitive data processing activities, where applicable. We may require information sufficient to verify Your identity, authority, residency, Account ownership, or relationship to the information requested before fulfilling a request. We may deny, limit, or decline a request where permitted by law, including where the request cannot be verified, conflicts with legal obligations, would adversely affect the rights or safety of others, concerns information exempt from the applicable law, or would interfere with security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or EULA enforcement.
